purpose outside the scope of providing DispatchHub services.

- Optional Features: Explicit opt-in required for non-essential features
You may withdraw consent by discontinuing use of specific features or deleting
your account. However, withdrawal of consent for essential data may prevent us
from providing the Service.
2.5 SPECIAL CATEGORY DATA - WHAT WE DO NOT COLLECT
We do NOT intentionally collect sensitive personal information, including:

We do NOT knowingly collect data from individuals under 18 years of age.
DispatchHub is not intended for use by minors. If we discover that we have
inadvertently collected data from a person under 18, we will delete that

DispatchHub and Duck Programs Inc. are NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or
connected to Zello or any other third-party service provider. We provide
integration capabilities with third-party platforms, but we are independent
software providers. Any issues with third-party services, policies, or
platforms are outside our control and responsibility.
5.3 LIMITATION OF RESPONSIBILITY
We take NO responsibility for the actions, failures, data practices, or
policies of third-party services. This includes but is not limited to:
- Service outages or unavailability of third-party platforms
- Data breaches or security incidents at third-party providers
- Changes to third-party service terms, pricing, or functionality
- Loss of data or functionality due to third-party service changes
- Any damages resulting from your use of third-party integrations
You acknowledge that your use of third-party integrations is at your own risk,
and you should review the privacy policies and terms of service of all
third-party services you connect to DispatchHub.

ALL FCC COMPLIANCE. ***
7.1 USER RESPONSIBILITY
By using DispatchHub with radio communications equipment, you acknowledge and
agree that:
- You are solely responsible for obtaining all necessary FCC licenses
- You must operate all radio equipment within the parameters of your license
- You must comply with all applicable radio frequency regulations
- Improper use of radio frequencies may result in FCC enforcement actions,
fines, license revocation, or criminal penalties
7.2 DISPATCHHUB'S ROLE
DispatchHub is a software platform that facilitates dispatch messaging. We:
- Do NOT hold FCC licenses on your behalf
- Do NOT monitor your compliance with FCC regulations
- Do NOT provide legal advice regarding FCC compliance
- Take NO responsibility for FCC violations arising from your use of the
Service
- Are NOT liable for any fines, penalties, or legal action resulting from
your radio operations
7.3 INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Duck Programs Inc.,
DispatchHub, and their officers, directors, employees, and agents from any
claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees)
arising from your violation of FCC rules or regulations.
