your account. However, withdrawal of consent for essential data may prevent us
from providing the Service.

We do NOT knowingly collect data from individuals under 18 years of age.
DispatchHub is not intended for use by minors.

If we discover that we have inadvertently collected data from a person under
18, we will delete that information immediately. Parents or guardians who
believe their child has provided information to us should contact us at

2.8 DATA ACCURACY

You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of information you provide to

DispatchHub is operated in the United States. By using the Service, you

DispatchHub and Duck Programs Inc. are NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or
connected to Zello. Zello is a separate company and service. We provide
integration capabilities with Zello's platform, but we are independent
third-party software providers. Any issues with Zello's service, policies, or
platform are outside our control and responsibility.

5.3 LIMITATION OF RESPONSIBILITY

We take NO responsibility for the actions, failures, data practices, or
policies of third-party services. This includes but is not limited to:

- Service outages or unavailability of third-party platforms
- Data breaches or security incidents at third-party providers
- Changes to third-party service terms, pricing, or functionality
- Loss of data or functionality due to third-party service changes
- Incompatibility issues arising from third-party updates
- Any damages resulting from your use of third-party integrations

You acknowledge that your use of third-party integrations is at your own risk,
and you should review the privacy policies and terms of service of all
third-party services you connect to DispatchHub.

FCC-regulated radio equipment, YOU ARE SOLELY AND EXCLUSIVELY RESPONSIBLE FOR
ALL FCC COMPLIANCE. ***

7.1 USER RESPONSIBILITY FOR FCC REGULATIONS

By using DispatchHub with radio communications equipment, you acknowledge and
agree that:

- You are solely responsible for obtaining all necessary FCC licenses (Part 90
  commercial licenses, amateur radio licenses, or other applicable
  authorizations)
- You must operate all radio equipment within the parameters of your FCC
  license
- You must comply with all applicable radio frequency regulations
- You are responsible for monitoring your radio transmissions for compliance
- Improper use of radio frequencies may result in FCC enforcement actions,
  fines, license revocation, or criminal penalties

7.2 DISPATCHHUB'S ROLE AND LIMITATIONS

DispatchHub is a software platform that facilitates dispatch messaging. We
provide technology but:

- We do NOT hold FCC licenses on your behalf
- We do NOT monitor your compliance with FCC regulations
- We do NOT provide legal advice regarding FCC compliance
- We take NO responsibility for FCC violations arising from your use of the
  Service
- We are NOT liable for any fines, penalties, or legal action resulting from
  your radio operations

7.3 INDEMNIFICATION FOR FCC VIOLATIONS

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Duck Programs Inc.,
DispatchHub, and their officers, directors, employees, and agents from any
claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees)
arising from your violation of FCC rules or regulations.
