Action Required: Please configure your Zello credentials to start using the dispatch service.
⚠️ Important Zello Account Requirements:
- Zello accounts are sold separately - Purchase directly from Zello at zello.com
- Workspace account recommended - We recommend a Zello Workforce (Workspace) account for guaranteed compatibility
- Create a separate bot account - Do NOT use your personal Zello account
- Dedicated account required - The bot connects via WebSocket and will log out other devices using the same account
- Name it clearly - We recommend naming it something like "YourOrg Dispatch Bot"
- Grant channel access - The bot account needs permission to transmit in your dispatch channel
